摘    要:自本钢浦项冷轧投产以来,在酸轧机组末架使用光辊生产部分规格的薄料时,时常发生因头部板形不良发生卡钢、勒辊等现象,对生产稳定及质量控制造成严重影响。本文从板形控制特别是弯辊力设定方面进行研究,并根据研究结果,优化了弯辊自动补偿控制方式,杜绝了此类事故的再次发生。

Abstract:Since POSCO cold rolled sheet Co.Ltd,put into production,the strip may easily be stuck thanks to improper shape on front end or other defects can be appeared during rolling thin product with bright roll.This trouble has seriously affected steady operation and quality control.Aimed at such problem,we study on shape control especially on setting up the bending force on rolls,and prevent this kind of accident with optimized automatic compensation form for the bending force based on studied results.
