| 摘 要： | 实践教学是培养创新型财会人才的重要途径,加强实践教学有利于提高学生的学习积极性,增强学生的实践动手能力。当前高校财务会计课程实践教学存在着教师实践能力欠缺、实践教学环境不适应教学需要、实践教学内容抽象方式单一等问题。对此,加强和改进财务会计课程的实践教学,培养创新型人才,必须着重加强"双师型"队伍建设,增强教师的实践能力;构建校内外结合的学生实践动手能力培养体系;丰富实践教学内容;加强实践教学基地和实践教学环境建设。

| Abstract: | As an important access to cultivating innoventive finacial accoutants,practice teaching could stimulate students’ interest in learning and sharpen their practical skills.The problems in the current pratice teaching in Finace Accounting include the lack of practical skills on the side of teachers,lack of teaching facilities,lack of detailed and varified curriculum.In order to improve practice teacing,we need to betler pratical skills of teachers,work out a cultivation system based on the cooperation of university and society,enrich the teaching curriculum,and perfect the relevant facilities. |
