| 摘 要： | 培养和提高教学管理者的信息素养是适应教育部提出的高校要"以信息化带动教育的现代化"的现实需要。但目前高校教学管理者的信息意识不强,信息技术能力偏低,对信息污染以及网络安全问题的了解还不到位,信息化系统管理高技术人才配备不足等。因此,必须增强高校教学管理者强烈的信息意识,利用多种途径进行信息素养教育,加强学校信息化基础设施与环境建设,并注重激励,提高管理者信息化能力自我提升的积极性,以此提高高校整体的教学管理效率和信息化建设水平。

| Abstract: | Cultivating and improving the information accomplishment of teaching administrators is the realistic demand of education modernization raised by the Ministry of Education.But the current situation presents poor information sense,low IT capabilities and limited knowledge of network security of teaching administrators.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the strong information sense,promote information accomplishment and strengthen the construction of school information technology infrastructure and environment so as to raise the overall efficiency of teaching management. |
