| 摘 要： | 目前社会各界对研究生创新力的培养已经比较重视，而对研究生控制力的培养多有忽略，如何将两者有机地结合起来更缺乏应有认识。本文通过问卷调查发现：我国研究生普遍认识到创新力与控制力的重要性，但许多研究生在学习中缺乏创新，在学习与日常生活中缺乏控制，且控制力比创新力更逊一筹。对此，提出了促进研究生创新力与控制力培养有机结合的建言。

| Abstract: | At present, while due importance is attached to the training for developing graduate students＇ innovative capability, the training for their control power is neglected to a certain extent and an effective integration of the two types of training is lacking. It has been found in my survey that graduate students in China mostly recognize the importance of innovative capability and control power. However, quite a few of them lack both in their studies as well as in their daily lives, with a lack of control power more conspicuous. In light of this situation, recommendations are made for better integration of the training in innovative capability and the training in control power. |
