摘    要:准确地选择和确定合作伙伴是建立虚拟物流企业的关键。在信息技术飞速发展,经济全球化、网络化的背景下,充分考虑联盟与客户双方利益,设计了基于双层规划的模型和求解算法来优选联盟伙伴;并且在计算物流企业为客户服务的作业成本时,考虑了配送路线安排对作业成本的影响,更加符合实际情况,使计算结果更加准确;实例仿真说明了模型和算法的有效性。

Abstract:Correct selection of partners is one of the key links in establishing a Virtual Logistics Enterprise (VLE). With the fast development of information technology, economic globalization, network development and the benefit of the cost of both the VLE and its clients, a two-level programming model and a heuristic solution algorithm are presented to describe the optimization for the partner selection of VLE.Moreover, when the cost is calculated that the enterprise service for its clients in the model, the effect of routing arrangement of distribution upon the cost is considered, which is more up to the actual situation and make the calculated value more exact. A simulating case demonstrates the effectiveness of the selection model and the algorithm.
