| 摘 要： | 保障性住房的规划设计和建设管理是一个国家政治经济与文化历史的映射。通过比较分析国内外保障性住房规划与建设的现状及我国保障性住房规划与建设相对滞后的原因,阐释了解决问题的方法,提出在借鉴国外优秀住房保障体系经验的基础上,以政府为主导,塑造地方特色为辅,制定出适合本国国情的保障性住房规划与建设机制。
