| 摘 要： | STCW2010马尼拉修正案对以往公约的航海英语要求标准进行了修改和补充,大幅度提高船员航海英语的要求标准,以确保船员英语的有效交流。本文在详细分析公约相关内容的基础上,构建了新的航海英语框架,并提出了可操作的针对性建议,以满足或超过新公约对航海英语的最低要求。

| Abstract: | The Manila Amendments 2010 has brought new and amended requirements to Maritime English to a great extent so as to ensure "effective communication".Detailed analysis was made on the amendments and a new Maritime English framework was built in conjunction with some practicable countermeasures put forward in order to meet the minimum requirements laid down in the new Convention. |
