| 摘 要： | 本文结合广东若干高校的党建实践,通过对入党积极分子的综合表现进行因素分析,提出应当对入党积极分子进行软性指标和硬性指标的考评,构建了适合当前高校大学生党员发展工作的综合指标考评体系。
