高职美术类专业“四元驱动”的人才培养模式

摘    要:实现高职院校的人才培养目标,需要构建适当的人才培养模式。当前高职院校所培养的美术类专业人才已不能完全适应社会需求,存在着教学模式片面性、培养质量不高等问题,必须发挥"政、企、校、行"四元主体的共同力量,构建以工作过程为导向的课程体系、依托集团化办学、建立校内外实训基地共享机制、实施导师制培养,从而提高人才培养质量。

Abstract:To achieve the goal of higher vocational colleges,it's needed to build proper talent cultivation mode.The current talent cultivation mode of the fine arts is not suitable to the social demands,and exists the following problems:unilateral teaching,lower cultivation quality.The authors suggest we must play the common forces of the government,the enterprises,the profession organization,and the academy,construct the course systems oriented working process,rely on the group,establish practice mechanism,and implement the tutor cultivation system to improve the quality of talent cultivation.
