| 摘 要： | 目前,随着社会对工程管理专业人才需求的发展,许多高等学校都设置了工程管理专业。工程管理专业的归属院系有些在经济管理院系,有些在土木工程院系,但最多的还是在土木院系,主要是针对土木工程的管理。这使得课程设置上有不少是以土木工程为背景。因此,如何适应就业市场需求,而工程管理专业人才的培养区别于土木工程人才培养,并在大土木环境中培养自身的特色,成为了许多大土木环境下本专业人才培养所面临的一大研究问题。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,with the increasing social demand for project management professionals,many colleges and universities have set up project management major,which belongs to econo- mic management department or civil engineering department. However, most still in the civil department,mainly for civil en- gineering management. This makes the curriculum based on a number of civil engineering background.Therefore,how to adapt to the job market demand,and project management professional training is different from the civil engineering personnel training, and in large civil engineering environment to develop their own characteristics,as a number of large civil engineering environment, therefore, the training of professionals are facing a major research problem. |
