| Abstract: | The 21st century is an era of knowledge economy.Human resources serve as an essential guarantee for librarians to offer service and to develop continuously. Based on an analysis of the ratio between man and woman librarians in different kinds of libraries in the country, this paper discusses briefly about the necessity to be a woman librarian of wisdom.The author concludes that the general knowledge, the skills and a healthy body and mind should be taken into account in order to be a woman librarian of wisdom. |
