| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和统计法,以我国国家男女排运动员为研究对象,对我国不同职能优秀男女排球运动员在比赛中的外部负荷情况进行了对比分析。研究结果认为：在运动密度、触球总次数、扣球次数、拦网次数、传球次数、发球次数、接发球次数、防守次数、间歇次数等9项外部负荷指标中,除了接发球技术外,其它外部负荷指标,男女排运动员之间在应用上都无显著性差别。

| Abstract: | This article comparably analyzes the external capacity in the match of the excellent men and women volleyball players having different duties mainly using literature and material method and statistic method.And some excellent men and women national volleyball players are the study object in this article.The results are: the article analyzes 9 indexes including exercise density,ball contacting times,spiking times,blocking times,passing times,serving times,receiving times,defending times and interval times.And there are no prominent differences between men and women volleyball players on the external capacity in the match except for receiving serve. |
