| 摘 要： | 目前河北省风险投资的活跃程度还难以和经济总量为全国第六名的地位相匹配，因此河北省应大力发展风险投资，加快高新技术产业的发展。河北省发展风险投资的建议包括：大力开拓融资渠道，实现风险资本来源的多样化；完善风险投资退出机制；完善相关的法律制度；培养高素质的风险投资人才；发展和完善专门为风险投资服务的中介机构。

| Abstract: | Hebei ranks the sixth place of the total economic volume in China, but the activity of the venture capital fails to match. Therefore,the writer argues that Hebei should develop venture capital and hightech industry, open up financing channels and exit mechanism,update the legal system, train the related talents,and develop the venture investment intermediary services. |
