| 摘 要： | 对河南而言,加强新型城镇化建设,必须以中原经济区战略为契机,带动全局的协调发展。河南的民办高等教育要在此过程中优化自身资源配置,保持快速健康发展的势头,必须解决教育规模与新型城镇化不相适应、区域分布不均衡、高校学科设置不均衡、服务地方经济社会机制欠缺等问题,建设优质河南民办高等教育资源,为河南新型城镇化建设积极发挥人才培养和高层次人才吸附功能。

| Abstract: | For Henan,to strengthen the construction of the new urbanization,we must drive the coordinated development of the global taking Zhongyuan economic zone strategy as an opportunity. In the process,private higher education in Henan optimizes their resource allocation,and keeps the momentum of rapid and healthy development. The following problems have to be solved such as misadaptation of the education scale to new urbanization,unbalanced regional distribution,unbalanced subject setting,lack of social mechanism to serve the local economy etc.,for the construction of private higher education of high quality in Henan,so that the private education will play an active role in developing talents and attracting high-level talents for Henan new urbanization. |
