| 摘 要： | 目前 ,我国的一大批专科学校已经或将要转变为发展高等职业教育。原有的专科建制是模仿机关的 ,小而全 ,效率不高 ,专业设置与社会需求相脱节 ,在办学观念上常常存在重层次 ,轻特色 ;重学术 ,轻实践的现象 ,不能符合高等职业教育的要求。根据高等职业教育专业设置的实用性、竞争性及前瞻性的要求 ,按政治原则、优化原则和契约化原则 ,要重新组合学科建制 ,打破学科界限 ,实行全员聘任。应根据专业建设及教学的实际需要 ,扩大学科负责人的自主权 ,同时 ,要健全学科及教师的评价体系

| Abstract: | Many colleges have changed or will change into carrying out vocational edueation. Their traditional systems of teaching and administration,which are copied on those of governments with too small and many arganizations ,are less efficient,the placement of specialties is sometimes divorced from the needs of society.The college is used to emphasizing its level and theoritical teaching,and paying less attention to its characteristics and practical training.All of these is not suitable to the need of higher vocational education.Accordihg to the praperties of proctice,competence and futurity,a new teaching system should be set up by the principles of politics,aptimization and contract.The college should break the limitations between its arganizations,choose all staff by engagement according to the practical need of teaching tasks,give enough independence to the heads of departments and in the meantime,strengthen the appreciation system of specialties and teachers. |
