| Abstract: | Taking the realistic difficulties and development opportunities of the local colleges and universities into consideration, some constructive suggestions and their acceptable measures for how to run a good academic journal and make timely reports to the latest scientific research progresses in the relevant disciplines were put forward. The measures include highlighting the preponderant research achievements of the college or university,promoting the characteristic columns, operating the publications in an opened way, recruiting contributions all over the country, increasing the information density, shortening the period of publication, improving the time effect of papers to be published etc. |
