| 摘 要： | 长尾理论关注小众市场和用户的思路为数字图书馆的用户保障提供了新视角，在实现信息服务总体目标、应对信息市场的竞争形式和顺应信息服务的个性化趋势方面具有重要的启示意义。在信息生产、信息船体和信息供求的长尾驱动下，通过识别和细分用户、完善信息资源体系、高效揭示和检索信息、注重用户个性化服务，长尾理论能为数字图书馆用户保证提供现实指导。
