| 摘 要： | 中国的高科技园区进入了“二次创业”阶段。全面深入理解高科技园区的创新能力和园区文化的关系．有助于园区的持续发展。本文提出因区文化有三重架构，即社区文化、创新文化和创业文化。并认为我国园区应抓紧深层文化环境建设。

| Abstract: | Chinese hi-tech parks have entered their second development stage. The authors advocate that the long-term and sustainable development of hi-tech parks depends on lifting abiding innovation ability. They suggested that hi-tech park culture is of ternary structure, consisting of regional culture, innovation culture and entrepreneurship. It is necessary to follow this culture pattern to create a hi-tech park with enver-lasting innovation ability. |
