摘    要:为了寻求一种在烟叶生产上区别于传统防控TMV的药剂,试验以红花大金元和YK01为材料,通过田间试验探索植物有机诱导剂"多肽保"对TMV的防效.结果表明,"多肽保"兼具培育壮苗、改善烟株营养和诱导烟株产生抗病能力的功能,在育苗期对TMV的防效可达到91.8%以上.材料不同防效也不一样,在大田期栽后35 d内,易感材料YK01对TMV的防效为21.8%以上,而对红花大金元的防效则可达到80.1%以上."多肽保"使用成本较低、无毒无害、操作简便,在烟叶生产上将具有较好的推广应用前景.

Abstract:In order to seek one which is different from traditional potions to control TMV in tobacco production,materials of HD and YK01 were used to explore plant organic induced resistant agent of "Polypeptide-Product " controlling effect to TMV in the experiment.The results showed that "Polypeptide-product" was helpful to cultivate vigorous seedlings,improving tobacco plant nutrition and inducing tobacco plants systemic acquired resistance.The control effect to TMV could be achieved more than 91.8% in the stage of the seedling.The control effect is varied by different materials.The Control effcets to TMV for susceptible YK01 could achieved above 21.8% and above 80.1% for HD after transplanting 35 days.Polypeptide-Product will become a good application prospect in tobacco production because of low cost,simple operation,and non-poisonous and harmless to environment.
