摘    要:随着我国高师本科整合了中等师范、师范专科的教育资源,本科大学逐渐成为实施幼儿园、中小学教师教育的唯一机构,加上基础教育与新建本科院校的发展以及师范生就业等现实问题,新的教师教育模式正呼之欲出。"整合连贯型"教师教育模式将小学与中学的教师教育实行全面贯通、整体融合、统一培养,旨在培养出通晓整个基础教育基本原理与方法、既能承担小学教育又能承担中学教育的高素质新型基础教育师资。该模式是对传统分层、分科教师教育模式的一种补充与改良,不是否定。这项改革模式标志着对教师教育模式变革的认识与实践进入了一个新的发展阶段。

Abstract:After the integration of the education resources from secondary schools and teachers colleges,four-year colleges have gradually become the only institute performing the teachers′ education for kindergartens,primary and middle schools.Elementary education,the development of newly-built four-year colleges and the problems of the normal college student employment are eager for the new model of teachers′ education."Integration Coherence Type" teacher education model is to carry out comprehensive study,entirely integration,unified development so as to get the new type elementary teacher resources of high qualities,mastering elementary education theory and method,taking both primary and middle school education.This model is not rejection but the supplement and improvement to the traditional education model with different levels and subjects.The reform model is a symbol of a new developing stage to acknowledgement and practice of teacher education reformation.
