提高普通高校一年级男生耐久跑成绩的实验研究

摘    要:为了探索提高大学男生耐久跑成绩的有效方法,在昆明5所高校2009级男生的耐久跑教学中随机确立了3个实验组,分别采取侧重于耐力练习、力量练习、速度练习的方法进行实验,探索3种教学方法对提高男生耐久跑成绩的影响,研究结果显示,耐力、力量、速度对提高男生耐久跑成绩都有较大作用,且三者作用差异无统计学意义.

Abstract:In order to probe the effective way to improve the durability of male college students,three random groups of teaching durable running were set up among first-year male students from Grade 2009 in five colleges in Kunming to test respectively on endurance practice,strength practice,speed practice to study the three methods that would improve the grades of durable running for the male students.The result showed that endurance,strength,speed to improve grades play great part in durable running,while the effort differences of the three has no statistics significance.
