摘    要:顶岗实习与教育实习相比较,在承担的任务、服务范围、管理体制、实习效果方面均有不同。顶岗实习是以教育史、教育法规、实践论、建构主义学习理论和教师专业发展为理论依据的。顶岗实习是高等师范院校教育教学改革的重要举措,是奏响“明日教师,今日做起”的畅想曲。

Abstract:In-post and conventionalteaching practices differ in commitment,scale of service,management,and teaching effect.Likewise the in-post teaching practice is based on the theoretical framework of educational history,educational law,practice,and constructionalism,and it is regarded as a significant measure to boom the educational reform in the normal universities.
