| 摘 要： | 办学特色是学校在长期教育实践中形成的独特的、优质的、稳定的教育风貌，对于学校发展具有重要意义。当前，创建办学特色是时代的呼唤、是教育竞争的客观要求、是学校自身生存和发展的需要、是推进素质教育的题中之义。在创建办学特色过程中，应解决好学校发展目标规划、学生培养目标、校长与教师队伍的素质、教学特色以及发挥自身优势与争取外部支持等五个方面问题。

| Abstract: | School-running features are a special and excellent educational style formed in the long process of educational practice and are important for the development of the institution. In the course of cultivating school-running features, five issues need to be addressed, namely, planning of developmental objective of the school, objective of student training, quality of the president and faculty, features in teaching, and utilization of the school's own advantage and external support. |
