| 摘 要： | 为了解大学生社会支持程度及心理健康水平 ,对 2 33名体育类大学生和 2 40名理工大学生进行社会支持评定量表的测试和研究分析。结果显示 :研究对象的男性比女性社会支持程度略高 ,但没显著性差异 ;研究对象社会支持程度与参考常摸基本一致 ;然而体育大学生比理工大学生社会支持程度高 ,男性三项、女性两项中有显著性差异存在 ;体育大学生社会支持程度比参考常摸略高 ,但没有显著性差异。研究表明 ,体育有利于增进社会支持程度和心理健康水平。

| Abstract: | To study the degree of social support and mental healthy on the undergraduates,the author has tested and study the 233 physical education and natural science undergraduate with social support evaluating list.The results show that:the male undergraduates′ degree of social support are higher than that of females but there aren′t difference between the both and theirs are same in the model. The physical education undergraduates′degree of social support is higher than that of the natural science undergraduates. The three terms in male and the tow terms in female have notable difference. The physical education undergraduates′degree of social support is little higher than that of the model but it doesn′t have difference. The study shows the sport is helpful for promotion the degree of social support and mental healthy. |
