| 摘 要： | 针对远程教育的发展，非学术性学习支持服务的重要性日益凸现的形势．探讨了适合于中小学教师远程非学历培训的非学术性学习支持服务体系及其作用。认为非学术性学习支持服务应包括对学员的管理、对指导教师的管理、对课程资源的管理和对网络课程平台的管理，要努力做好这四方面的工作。

| Abstract: | With the development of distance learning, the importance of non-academic support service is increasing. A non-academic support service system catering to primary and middle school teachers＇ non-academic training and its functions are discussed. It is considered that, the non-academic support should include the management of students, the course resource and the platform of network courses, and make great efforts to do a good job of these three items. |
