| 摘 要： | 人力资源管理是当今的热门职业之一。本文研究我国社会人力资源管理岗位需要,并对排名前十的民办高职院校人力资源管理专业的课程设置进行对比,分析它们的共性和独到之处,为我校的人力资源管理专业课程设置提出科学的建议。
