| 摘 要： | 本文是基于杜威《教育演讲》中收录的8篇有关教师职责讲稿的一些总结和见解,通过对8篇讲稿进行归纳总结后,分别从＂教师的职责＂、＂教师的资格＂以及＂教师的职业精神＂这三个方面论述杜威教师观的形成。同时,本文结合我国教育实际谈我国教师应当怎样做才能称为优秀教师。

| Abstract: | Based on some views summarized in John Dewey＇s 8 speeches in ＂Speeches of Education＂,this article elaborates the formation of John Dewey＇s view on ＂Leadership＂ from the following three aspects：＂teachers＇ responsibility＂,＂teachers＇ qualifications＂ and ＂teachers＇ professionalism＂.Meanwhile,in combination with China＇s education status,the writer discusses about how to be an excellent teacher in our country. |
