| 摘 要： | 大学英语教学的根本目的是培养学生综合英语能力，包括阅读、理解、学习、英语交流等各个方面。本文针对目前大学英语教学中存在的问题．论述了大学英语教学在保证完成教学大纲规定的定量性要求的同时．指出了充分重视培养学生英语应用能力的重要性。
