| 摘 要： | 针对学生在企业战略管理课程学习中难以展开实际操作的问题,探讨了一种适于教学组织和运作的战略管理实训方法,通过主动式案例研讨、互动式小组练习和角色模拟扮演练习等方式对学生进行模拟实训,最后提出了战略管理实践教学的建议。
