| 摘 要： | 现在．有的语文老师平时不读教育书籍和杂志、不上网搜寻教育资源，仅凭借着教参、教案上现成的答案．硬是把一篇篇美文变成了“怪物”．从而使语文课堂缺失了“引力”。为招魂“引力”就要做到用自己的最爱来召唤学生的喜爱；用自己的专业魅力，抓住学生的向学之心；让自己的教学变成研究．提升自己的教学品质。

| Abstract: | Now some of the language teacher,usually do not read educational books and magazines,not online search of educati- onal resources, with a teaching reference, lesson plans on the ready-made answers,he just put an article into the United States chapter of the ＂monster＂,so that the missing language classroom ＂Gravity.＂ To call back the soul ＂gravity＂,we should do with their own favorites,to call the students loved; with their professional charm,to seize the heart of the students to learn; to their teaching into research, enhance their teaching Quality. |
