摘    要:师德建设在高职院校的发展中具有重要性与紧迫性。科学、合理地界定师德内涵和构建师德评价机制,是高职院校推进师德建设和实现教师自身发展的共同要求。师德内涵与评价机制的构建,既要坚持科学、公正的原则,切实提高教师的师德水平,又要坚持以人为本,使师德评价体系成为促进教师发展的自身要求。

Abstract:Ethical construction of teachers in vocational institutes' developing is important and urgent.Defining ethical connotation and constructing of evaluable mechanism scientifically and reasonablely in higher vocational colleges are teachers' common requirements for enhancing ethical construction and realizing teacheerself-development.The construction of ethical connotation and evaluable mechanism not only adhere to the scientific and fair principle and improving teachers' ethic level practically but also adhere to people-oriented principle which make evaluable system of teachers become selfrequirement for improving teachers' development.
