摘    要:随着社会的发展,复合型人才的培养成为高等学校教育工作的基本方向。其中作为高等学校教育重要组成部分的高师地理野外实践教学在复合型人才的培养上更显其特色。文章据此阐述了复合型地理人才的内涵和高师地理野外实践教学在培养复合型地理人才方面的作用以及现阶段针对复合型地理人才的培养目标存在的不足。为了适应面向新世纪素质教育和创新教育的发展,我们对传统的野外实践教学的指导思想、教学方式、方法、内容、时间和实习基地建设等方面进行了全新思考,以适应21世纪复合型地理人才培养的需要,并服务于地方资源、环境和社会经济的可持续发展。

Abstract:In the 21st century, an era of knowledge economy, the demands for the talents are increasing. Hence, the people solely with traditional knowledge can not meet the demands and the talents with compound knowledge are needed greatly. The cultivation of such people has become the orientation of the higher education. The cultivation of the compound talents in the field practice teaching has become one of the important tasks of the higher education. The essay is aimed to handle the connotation of the people with compound ability, the role of the field practice teaching as well as the deficiency in the current course. In order to meet the development of the quality-oriented education and the innovative education in the new century, we are making the new reflection on the lodestar, teaching style and methods, contents, timing and the construction of the exercitation fields. Accordingly, the demands for the cultivation of the geographical talents with compound knowledge could be met, which will benefit the local resource, environment and the sustainable development of the social economy as a result.
