| 摘 要： | 20世纪初，中国出现了声势浩大的以创设商办铁路公司为主要内容的商办铁路运动。商办铁路运动为中国民族资本增添了新的经济成分，引起了集资方式的重大改变，推动了收回利权运动的发展，促进了实业救国、民主宪政思想的传播，还培养了大量的铁路人才，为中国铁路事业的发展奠定了基础。
