中国优秀女子撑竿跳高运动员最后四步助跑至起跳技术的运动学分析

摘    要:运用高速摄影的研究手段对我国女子优秀撑竿跳高运动员助最后四步助跑至起跳技术实际情况进行运动学分析。研究结果表明我国优秀女子撑竿跳高运动员身体最低重心和最大水平速度总体趋势出现在倒二步和倒一步上,这与女子运动员的加速方式有关。水平速度损失率稍偏高,助跑速度较慢。最后四步助跑节奏,表现出较好的节奏特点,但步长和腾空时间偏短。起跳腾起角度偏大;多采用三步起跳方式完成翻举竿起跳。除高淑英等运动员掌握追竿技术较好外,其他运动员需进一步完善降竿技术。

Abstract:The purpose of this research depends on the research means by way of application high velocity taken a photograph to be helped four steps of run-ups finally to our country woman high sportsman of outstanding pole vault the technology is carried on the kinematics analysis to taking off, announces out four steps of run-ups of our country woman high sportsman of pole vault finally to takes off in this key technology link some kinematics characteristics, looking for out existing the problem . The lowest center of gravity of body and fully horizontal speed overall trend the taken off emergence is arrived in final four steps of run-ups of our player, and two steps with on the one-step, the high sportsman's acceleration method of pole vault relates with woman. Entire run-up speed is studied more before and is good, but the horizontal speed loss rate is partial slightly high, and run-up speed is still slower. Better rhythm characteristics in final four steps of run-ups shows, but the time of step with soars are short partially in the overall. The majority uses three steps to take off that the method is accomplished to turn over the act pole and is taken off. Waiting that a sportsman grasps to pursue the pole technology better except Gao Shuying, other sportsman needs more perfectly fall the pole technology.
