| 摘 要： | 高等院校的校名、标识是有特殊意义的无形资产,应该及时对高校校名、标识等进行商标注册。在商标注册过程中,需要学习有关商标的知识并做好调查研究工作:确定需要注册商标的类别,判断商标是否有显著性,查询在先注册近似商标,了解商标查询的盲区,制定商标注册方案。

| Abstract: | The names and the logo of universities is of special significance to the intangible assets, should be registration the trademark of the name and logo of universities timely. It is necessary to learn about the trademark knowledge and do research work in the process of trademark registration, determine the type of the registered trademark, to determine whether the trademark is significant, query similar trademark registration before, know the trademark query blind area, formulation of trademark registration scheme, etc. |
