| 摘 要： | 城市休闲健身空间是城市公共空间重要组成部分，是城市居民休闲运动健身的场所，城市休闲健身空间元素是解决运动健康促进推进健康中国建设的一个重要切入点。以分析城市化进程中生活方式改变居民对健康需求为基础，探讨城市休闲健身空间建设在健康中国背景下城市进程中的作用，并提出健康中国背景下构建城市化进程中休闲健身空间需解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Urban leisure and fitness space is an important part of urban public space, which is a place for urban residents to leisure sports and fitness. Urban leisure and fitness space elements are an important starting point to solve the problem of promoting healthy health and promoting healthy Chinese construction.
