摘    要:针对海上石油平台溢油污染评价指标与污染程度关系复杂,污染等级难以确定等问题,提出一种基于改进的AHP和可拓理论的海上石油平台溢油污染等级评估方法。构建海上石油平台溢油污染评价指标体系,引入物元可拓理论和改进的AHP,建立基于改进的AHP和可拓理论的溢油污染等级评价模型。通过两个实例进行验证,结果表明该方法计算过程简便、分辨力强,评估结果更加客观合理,可为环境保护及应急决策部门采取应急对策提供科学依据。

Abstract:In view of the complicated relationship between evaluation indices and pollution levels of oil spill pollution of offshore oil platform, and the difficulties in determining the pollution levels, a method based on the improved AHP and the extension theory is proposed to evaluate the oil spill pollution level of offshore oil platform. The evaluation index system of oil spill pollution of offshore oil platform is constructed. The matter element extension theory is introduced and AHP is improved. The evaluation model of oil spill pollution level is proposed based on the improved AHP and the extension theory. Two instances are used to validate the method. The results show that the method is of simple calculation process and high resolution, and the evaluation results are more objective and reasonable. The evaluation results can provide scientific basis for environmental protection and emergency decision departments to take emergency measures.
