航运电商环境下的集装箱班轮舱位分配

摘    要:鉴于即期客户较难准确预测,传统的舱位分配存在着很大的不确定性,综合运用市场细分和收益管理的方法,考虑空箱调运问题,围绕即期客户和合同客户这两大客户群建立航运电商环境下两艘对开班轮的舱位分配优化模型.以中日韩航线为例,计算为即期客户和合同客户预留的舱位数;根据在航运电商环境下预测值与实际值差距缩小的特征,分析传统环境下与航运电商环境下集装箱班轮舱位分配方案的差异.在航运电商环境下计算所得的总收益大于传统环境下的总收益,显示该优化模型的有效性和电商平台的优越性.结论如下:航运电商的发展能有效提高班轮公司收益;电商平台下的舱位分配趋势使预测精度大大提高,预留的舱位数与实际到达的客户需求出入较小;电商客户在航运电商环境下会得到大力发展,合同客户的数量会逐渐下降.

Abstract:Because it is difficult to predict accurately the demand of customers at sight, there is a lot of uncertainty in traditional slot allocation of container liners. Based on this problem, the methods of market segmentation and revenue management are adopted to build a slot allocation optimization model for customers at sight and contract customers under the environment of shipping e commerce, considering two liners from opposite directions and empty container transportation. The shipping line of China, Japan and South Korea is taken as an example to calculate the numbers of reserved slots for customers at sight and contract customers respectively. According to the characteristic of the shrunken gap between predicted values and actual values under shipping e commerce environment, the difference of slot allocation is analyzed between traditional and shipping e-commerce environments. The total revenue under shipping e-commerce environment is more than that under traditional environment, which shows the validity of the optimization model and the superiority of e-commerce platform. The conclusions are drawn that: the revenue of liner companies increases effectively with the development of shipping e-commerce; slot allocation trend on e-commerce platform makes prediction accuracy improve significantly, and the difference between the reserved slot number and actual customer demand is small; e-commerce customers develop quickly while contract customers gradually decrease under the environment of shipping e-commerce.
