| 摘 要： | 教育部新颁《普通高等学校学生管理规定》顺应时代社会的发展要求,在合理继承的基础上,在很多方面做出了重大政策性调整,体现了制度创新特征和现代学生管理的总体趋势,是深化学生管理体制改革,加强学生管理工作的系统性、纲领性文件。新《规定》体现了与时俱进、德法并重、育人为本的理念和特点。
