| 摘 要： | 目的观察乌司他丁联合常规治疗方案治疗急性重症胰腺炎的效果及预后。方法回顾性对比分析急性重症胰腺炎常规治疗联合乌司他丁及单纯常规治疗各30例的治疗结果及预后。结果联合乌司他丁治疗组的腹部症状、体征、实验室各指标及肺功能恢复,和对比组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);在白细胞总数恢复时间上无明显差异,但有缩短趋势;ARDS发生率下降,总体病死率下降。结论联合乌司他丁治疗急性重症胰腺炎能更快地控制病情,抑制体内炎症反应,减少ARDS发生率,明显缩短病程。
