| 摘 要： | 着重论述了提高高校科研项目命中率的若干要素。这些要素可概括为:科研的原始创新,急地方和国家发展需要之所急,建设并形成一支具有专业(或学科)素养和富有团结协作精神的研究团队,有符合专业研究方向需要的中试车间,至少一个与本学科研究方向相吻合的生产单位为产业化伙伴或有某特种技术装备的单位合作,有计划有步骤地孵化和培育新兴边缘学科;在科研管理组织工作中,要认真做好申报项目的内审与合理分流。

| Abstract: | The essay presents essential factors in applying for research projects in universities, involving the original creativeness, state and local urgent demand, cultivation of research groups of professional contingency and attainment, complete with a test workshop for the purpose of the specialized research, and a production unit or partner equipped with special technical setups gradually to incubate and cultivating development of boundary disciplines. In organizing and managing of scientific research, internal examination and distribution should be well done.. |
