| 摘 要： | 模块化组织是一个兼有私人信息与公共信息，并具有“背靠背”竞争性质的经济系统。模块化组织的竞争优势体现在其网络的外部性、创新能力、抗风险能力与竞争活力上。在信息经济时代，因为模块化带来了产业组织形态的变化，所以企业的竞争策略与政府的规制政策应该作出相应的调整。

| Abstract: | Modularity Organization is an economic system,including visible information,invisible information and "back to back" competition.The competition advantages of modularity organization are embodied in Network Externality,competence for innovation and anti-risk,and competition vitality.In the Information Age,the emergence of modularity organization gives rise to some changes of industrial organization;hence adjustments should be made in enterprises' competition tactics as well as in governments' regulation policies. |
