| 摘 要： | 国际货币制度变迁是一个由制度僵滞、制度创新和制度均衡三个阶段所组成的周期，制度变迁的三个阶段都是由不同利益集团所主导的，在僵滞阶段即传统金本位制时期是由独占型利益集团－英国主导；在制度创新阶段 从金汇竞本位制到布雷顿森林体系，是创新型利益集团主导，即美国取代英国成为国际货币制度的从给；在制度均衡阶段是由分享型利益集团主导。国际货币合作成为国际货币制度的唯一供给机制。因而，国际货币制度变迁就是下个

| Abstract: | Changes in international monetary system involve institution stiffening, institution innovation and institution equilibrium. In the stage of institution stiffening, (Gold Standard System periods) the institution change is dominated by the monopolized interest group-the British group. In the stage of institution innovation (from Gold Exchange 126 Standard System to Bretton Woods Agreement) the institution change is led by the innovative interest group-the American group. In the stage of institution equilibrium, the change is led by the shared interest group. So international monetary cooperation becomes mechanic in supplying the international monetary system. |
