城市与县域高中教师校本课程开发能力的比较研究

摘    要:现如今很多学校为了加强自身的竞争力,都开始着手于校本课程的开发与实施,校本课程开发不仅仅是一场课程上的创新,实际上也是一种对教师课程开发能力的严峻考验。本论文通过对城市与县域高中教师在校本课程开发过程中暴露出问题的比较和分析,得出了造成教师校本课程开发能力差异的原因,同时并针对此原因提出了具体的实施策略。

Abstract:In order to strengthen their competitive power,nowadays many schools started to work on the development and implementation of school-based curriculum.It is not only a course on innovation of school-based curriculum development,but also in fact is a ordeal of teacher curriculum development ability.In this paper,to compare and analyze the problems that exposed by the process of development in the city and county senior high school teachers,it concluded that the reason for the difference of school-based curriculum development ability,and it raises a specific implementation strategy for that phenomenon.
