| 摘 要： | 当前,女大学生面对严峻的就业形势,表现出更加务实、自我效能感低、就业准备不足等心态。本文通过探索其成因,提出从个人、学校、政府等方面采取措施改善女大学生就业难现状,切实做好女大学生就业工作。
