| Abstract: | The class teacher in higher school is the backbone strength for college students’ ideological and political education;is the effective carrier for imparting knowledge and educating people;is the director and guider of the way for college students’ health;is the essential role who is engaged by the higher school to assist the instructor in students’ thinking cultivation,guidance of behavior,direction of studies,which will promote students’ comprehensive,healthy and harmonious development.This essay focuses on the role of the class teacher in higher school,on the duty of the teaching job,and on the methods of working. |
