摘    要:随着国家对基础教育的日益重视,小学教师队伍本科化是大势所趋,小学教育本科师范生的培养方兴未艾。探讨初等教育学院本科师范生培养的方向及策略,是教育发展对我们提出的崭新要求。本文从学生的发展和社会的需求出发,结合一线教育教学实践,探讨本科师范生的培养策略。

Abstract:As the country places more importance on the elementary education,it is an irresistible general trend that more and more grade teachers are undergraduates.And it’s the blooming time of the normal undergraduates’ training in the elementary education.With the development of education,it makes a brand-new requirement to probe the direction and strategy of normal undergraduates’ training.This article will discuss the problem from the perspective of teaching practice,connect the students’ development and the social requirement,and probe the new methods of normal undergraduates’ practical course.
