| 摘 要： | 随着高校人事分配制度改革的深入,岗位津贴制度已成为国内高校普遍实行的一项提高教师待遇的重要措施。本文阐述了高校实施岗位津贴制度的意义以及取得的成效,分析了高校岗位津贴制度实施过程中存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出相应的改进意见,找出切实可行的对策。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of university personnel distribution system reform,post allowance system has become important measure to improve teachers’ treatment.This paper describes the implementation of the university and the meaning of allowance system achieved,analyzes the major issues in the implementation process of current post allowance system,raises the corresponding improvements,identifies feasible measures. |
