老子的“无为”现代领导学思想探析

摘    要:两千多年来,老子提出的“无为”思想对中国历代统治产生深刻的影响。今天,用现代领导学的观点来审视和考察老子“无为”的思想,就不难看出老子的“无为”思想包含了许多的现代领导学所提倡的领导工作方法,为今天的领导提供了宝贵的借鉴和参考。

Abstract:The doctrine of "Don't contravene" put forward by Laozi more than 2000 years ago has greatly influenced different Chinese rulers from one generation to another Considering "Don't contravene" in the eye of the modern science of leadership, we can now easily find that it involves methods of leadership promoted by many modern leaders By analysing the doctrine and it's use in the modern science leadership from six aspects, this paper makes an attempt to make the past serve the present and offers reference to modern leaders
