| 摘 要： | 大学生就业困难再次成为人们广泛关注的热点话题.金融危机的突发、教育体制相对滞后、毕业生就业定位偏差、毕业生综合素质不高等原因造成了当前大学生就业形势严峻,要解决当前的大学生就业难问题,需要政府、高校和毕业生共同努力,营造一个良好的就业环境.
